Privacy Policy
Balancetech Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) protects users' personal data and handles related complaints promptly in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea. This policy applies to the website www.blctech.co.kr. In case of any discrepancy, the Korean version of this policy prevails.
In short. This website has no sign-up and no payment function. The Company processes only the information you choose to send us when you get in touch (enquiry form, email or phone), plus access logs used for visit statistics. We never sell personal data or share it with third parties for advertising.
1. Personal data we collect and how

We do not collect sensitive data (beliefs, health, criminal record) or resident registration numbers. If you include such information in an enquiry yourself, we use it solely to answer that enquiry and delete it without delay once the enquiry is closed.
2. Purposes of processing
- Responding to enquiries — replying to enquiries, providing quotes, discussing contract terms
- Service delivery and contract performance — entering into and performing build and operations contracts, maintenance notices
- Website improvement — visit statistics, content improvement, error handling and abuse prevention
We do not use personal data for any other purpose. If the purpose changes, we obtain consent beforehand.
3. Retention periods

Where the Protection of Communications Secrets Act or other legislation prescribes a different retention period, that period applies.
4. Disclosure to third parties
We do not disclose personal data to third parties, except where:
- you have given prior consent; or
- legislation requires it, or an investigative authority requests it through the procedures set out in law.
5. Processors acting on our behalf
We entrust the following processing to the parties below. Each contract sets out secure handling obligations, restrictions on sub-processing, and a prohibition on use for other purposes.

Where a processor is located outside Korea, access-log data as described in section 1 may be transferred to it for statistical analysis, retained per that provider's policy. You may refuse this processing using the methods in section 6.
6. Cookies, analytics, and how to refuse them
We use cookies to obtain visit statistics. A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser, and you may refuse it at any time.

Refusing cookies does not restrict your use of this website.
7. Your rights and how to exercise them
You may at any time request to:
- access your personal data;
- correct it if it is inaccurate;
- have it deleted;
- have its processing suspended.
Send requests to blctech@naver.com or call 0505-055-1234. We act on them within 10 days of receipt and inform you of the outcome. Requests made through a representative require a letter of authority.
8. Destruction of personal data
We destroy personal data without delay once the retention period ends or the purpose is achieved.
- Electronic files — permanently erased by a technical method that prevents recovery
- Paper documents — shredded or incinerated
9. Security measures
- Access to personal data is limited to the minimum number of people, with individually managed permissions.
- HTTPS (TLS) encryption is applied across the whole website.
- Documents and spreadsheets holding enquiry data are restricted to authorised accounts.
- Phone numbers and email addresses are masked in server logs. The original contact details needed to answer an enquiry are held only in a spreadsheet restricted to authorised accounts.
- Server access logs are retained and checked for unauthorised access attempts.
