Solutions

Which line of work are you in?

Each system is shaped around how that business actually runs. The chat, knowledge-base and intake structure stays the same; only the intake fields and the knowledge base change.

How it works

The guest asks, the system answers, the owner gets the record

Work that used to need a person on standby is stitched together with KakaoTalk and Google Sheets. There is no new tool for the operator to learn.

STEP 01 A guest asks On the KakaoTalk channel or the website. Two in the morning included.
STEP 02 The knowledge base answers Only what is in the operator's Google Sheet FAQ. Anything not there is never invented — the bot says it needs to be confirmed.
STEP 03 The owner is notified Booking and sign-up requests arrive instantly on KakaoTalk; the record lands in the sheet.
STEP 04 Missed questions accumulate Whatever the bot could not answer goes to the unanswered log. Write one row in the sheet and it answers from then on.

The point is that the operator edits it, not a developer. A price rise, a reworded notice, a new amenity — one row in a Google Sheet, live in about two minutes.

FAQ

Asked before every deployment

Will it fit a property of our size?

It is built around one to four units. More units or several platform calendars mean more work and a higher quote; an existing website or Kakao channel lowers it. If we judge that you do not need automation yet, we will say so.

Does it work with platforms other than Airbnb?

Any platform that can export an iCal calendar. The website calendar reads booked dates from each one and blocks them automatically, reflected within five minutes.

Can I edit the answers myself?

Yes — that is the core of it. Change one row in the Google Sheet and the answer changes within about two minutes. No developer needed.

Could the bot give a wrong answer?

It is restricted to what is in the knowledge base. Facts not in the sheet are never invented; it says the operator needs to confirm and logs the question as unanswered. Numbers like prices and times are quoted exactly as written in the sheet.

What happens during an outage?

If the bot cannot respond, the guest is given the operator's contact details and the operator is alerted. The design priority is that a guest is never left without a reply.

What happens to everything built when the contract ends?

It stays with you. Domain, KakaoTalk channel, Google Sheet and cloud account are all created in the owner's name. We only operate them; the data and the channels are yours from first day to last.
