How it works
No perimeter wire to follow. The robot holds the entire garden as coordinates and plans its own route.
It reads the whole garden over GPS and works out the optimal path itself. Nobody draws the route.
Pine trees, stoneware jars, a pond, stone borders — it recognises real garden obstacles and works around them.
It fills the area in a pattern. No half-finished patches left behind.
When the battery runs low it docks itself, charges, and picks up where it stopped.
You can set the direction of travel. This is the setting that produces the stripes below.
It runs after dark too. It works quietly while guests sleep, and the garden is done by morning.
Result
Set the cutting angle and you get parallel stripes, like a golf course fairway. Depending on how the light falls, the green shifts light and dark — and the pattern becomes part of the garden.

Guests see those stripes. They end up in photos, on social feeds, and in reviews. Automating the lawn comes back to you as the first impression of the property.
Scope
A robotic mower is not plug-and-play. Every garden has different boundaries and obstacles, and the initial setup decides the result. We hand it over already running.

Scope covers equipment supply plus installation and initial setup. Day-to-day operation is yours; seasonal servicing can be arranged separately if you want it.
Fit
Not every property needs this module. Here it is plainly.
FAQ
The schedule is set to pause during rain. Over winter, when grass stops growing, the machine is stored; we cover start- and end-of-season checks during handover.
It detects obstacles and moves slowly. We still recommend scheduling around guest hours — Seorakfarm Stay runs it at night. It is quiet enough not to disturb the stay.
So does the garden at Seorakfarm Stay — pines, stoneware jars, a pond, stone borders. Registered as no-go zones during setup, those areas are never entered. Conditions differ by garden, so a site survey is required.
Only when a cutting angle is set. Without it the robot takes arbitrary paths and no clear stripes remain. We set the angle during installation, and you can change it afterwards.

The model depends on garden size and conditions, so there is no single figure. After a site survey we quote equipment plus installation and setup together.
