Yangyang, Gangwon-do · private log cabin with a 3,300 m² lawn garden · up to 12 guests · seorakfarm.com
A property that had depended entirely on Airbnb widened its booking path to an official website and a KakaoTalk channel. The site carries a live availability calendar synced with the Airbnb feed and both Korean and English pages, while the channel runs an AI concierge backed by a Google Sheets knowledge base. Booking requests reach the operator's KakaoTalk instantly, and questions the bot could not answer collect in the unanswered log, steadily thickening the knowledge base. Traffic arriving from the blog, Instagram and Airbnb is counted per channel and compared month to month. Running without downtime since April 2026.

Same engine, different industry. The consultation, knowledge-base and analytics structure is not tied to hospitality.
Across industries, only the knowledge base and the intake fields change.
For florists we are extending it into automatic dispatch: an order is routed to the contracted local shop and released only after the manager approves it in KakaoTalk.
